Jennifer Crute Steiner Named Chief Executive Officer of InnerChange
SALT LAKE CITY, July 31, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- InnerChange, a leader in trusted behavioral therapy, has selected Jennifer Crute Steiner as its next Chief Executive Officer. Steiner will assume her new role on August 4, 2014, taking over for Val Christensen who has acted as the Interim CEO since November 2013. Val will continue to be involved as Chairman of the Board.

Prior to joining InnerChange, Steiner served as a Division Vice President for Davita Health Care Partners, a leading Fortune 500 provider of kidney care where she managed all outpatient and home dialysis operations in Northern California and Southern Oregon.

Prior to DaVita, Steiner served as Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Health Care REIT, a nearly $20 billion real estate investment trust, specializing in health care real estate. In this role, Steiner developed and managed customer and investor marketing communications. In the years preceding her tenure at Health Care REIT, Steiner was Assistant Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at HCR ManorCare, the leading post acute and skilled nursing provider in the U.S. where she served for nearly 13 years.
Steiner holds an MBA in Business from the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Colorado College.
Steiner has three beautiful children and a wonderfully supportive husband who is the Chief Financial Officer of a classical music academy. She enjoys spending free time with her family, volunteering at her church, running marathons, reading poetry and being outdoors. She is a passionate supporter of the Dream Foundation, a nonprofit organization that makes possible the wishes of terminally ill adults.
