Jennifer Carpenter Promoted to Chief Operating Officer

ARLINGTON, Va., Jan. 14, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The American Waterways Operators, the national trade association for the tugboat, towboat and barge industry, has announced that Jennifer Carpenter, AWO's Executive Vice President, has been promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer, effective January 1, 2016.
