CLEVELAND, May 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Jennifer A. Blaga has joined McDonald Hopkins as Director of Legal Recruiting. She will be based in the firm's Cleveland office.

In this position, Blaga will be responsible for recruiting attorneys for McDonald Hopkins' six offices and help the firm continue to grow by managing the recruiting life cycle.
"Jennifer will be working closely with our department managers, office managing members and practice group leaders to identify and evaluate exceptional attorneys at all levels of experience that fit our innovative and entrepreneurial culture," said Carl J. Grassi, president.
Blaga joins McDonald Hopkins from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where she was the Director of Career Planning for the past four years. She has previously served as the Executive Director of the Cleveland office of Special Counsel, a national legal recruiting firm, and also has law firm recruiting experience.
Blaga earned her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science.
