Jeffrey W. Kleiner Joins Olshan as Counsel in Real Estate Law Practice
NEW YORK, Sept. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Olshan Frome Wolosky LLP today announced that Jeffrey W. Kleiner has joined the firm as Counsel in the firm's Real Estate Law practice where he will practice as a member of the Construction Law Group.

Mr. Kleiner's practice is focused on construction and real estate-related commercial transactional matters, corporate compliance and advisory services and commercial and real estate litigation. He has successfully represented clients in preparing and negotiating design/construction agreements for commercial and residential projects. Mr. Kleiner has been the lead construction contract writer and negotiator for owners of private, corporate and institutional projects, ranging from luxury condominiums to hotels and other development projects. Before concentrating on construction agreements, he had extensive experience in commercial and real estate litigation, successfully representing clients both in pursuing and defending diverse legal claims. Mr. Kleiner is also expert in professional liability and insurance coverage litigation.
Mr. Kleiner joins Olshan from LePatner & Associates where he was a partner in the Construction Counsel Group. Prior to that, he was an attorney at Kaufman, Borgeest & Ryan LLP.
Mr. Kleiner served as a member of the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Attorney Professionalism from 2006 through 2009. He received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and is a graduate of the Honors Program of the University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland where he received his B.A. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
