Jeffrey S. Bagnell Named in Super Lawyers' Top 50 Connecticut Lawyers

SOUTHPORT, Conn., Nov. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Lucas Bagnell Varga LLC partner Jeffrey S. Bagnell was ranked in Super Lawyer's Top 50 Connecticut Lawyers list in November 2014.  The list results from the highest vote totals received in the nomination, research and peer review process.

A graduate of Holy Cross College and Boston College Law School, Mr. Bagnell has more than 22 years' experience litigating complex employment, commercial and insurance coverage disputes.  He is currently lead counsel in a case alleging a bad faith coverage denial by a wholly-owned subsidiary of American International Group, Inc., and has numerous reported decisions in his practice areas, including one of the first sanctions awards in New England for intentional destruction of electronic evidence.  He has been recognized in Super Lawyers each year since its inception in Connecticut in 2006.
