Jeffrey Mulder Joins Holly Duran Real Estate Partners

CHICAGO, June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Holly Duran Real Estate Partners LLC (HDREP) announced today that Jeffrey Mulder, a licensed Illinois real estate broker, has joined the firm.

With a background in real estate finance, valuation, investment, acquisitions and dispositions, Mulder is serving as HDREP's in-house financial specialist.  A Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), he is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.

Prior to joining HDREP, Mulder was Vice President of Mark Goodman & Associates and a lead site acquisition agent for the firm, in addition to representing tenants in search of office space on a national basis.

From 2003 to 2007, Mulder served as a commercial real estate broker and Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on tenant representation and brokerage services.  Throughout his career, he has successfully completed transactions for several of the largest global financial services companies, as well as major national and international manufacturing and service firms.
