Jeffery M. Leving Legal Team Secures Illinois Court Order to Recover Reportedly Abducted Child
CHICAGO, Jan. 18, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- A loving Chicago father raised his son on his own ever since the mother reportedly abandoned the family and moved out of state. The little boy was thriving in school, had lots of friends, and was very comfortable in the only home and neighborhood he has ever known.
Recently, the mother called the father asking to see the little boy; wanting to re-engage the mother back in a relationship with the son she had allegedly abandoned, the father agreed to let the little boy spend the day with her. The father waited for his son to return home, but he never did. When the frantic father finally reached the mother, it was reported she stated she took the child out of Illinois, they were never returning to Illinois, and the father would never find them.
This desperate father then turned to Fathers' Rights Attorney Jeffery M. Leving for help. Jeffery Leving put together his legal team, spearheaded by attorneys Arthur Kallow and Andrew Benson, with investigative support from Leving's private Detective Wayne Halick. The Leving team designed an aggressive strategy to reunite this heartbroken dad with his little boy. They filed an emergency petition, requesting the immediate return of the child to his father, and that the father be given custody of his son. The court ruled in the father's favor.
The court entered an emergency order requiring the mother to immediately return the little boy to his distraught father, awarding the father sole custody, and directing State and local law enforcement to assist in enforcing the Order.
The Leving team took the first step to locate this distraught dad's missing child in achieving this important court victory. The Leving team is now working tirelessly with the help of Detective Halick on the second step: locating the little boy, getting the Order enforced wherever they find the boy, and bringing him back home where he belongs. As the Leving team continues working to locate and save this little boy, any breaking news on this horrific case will be reported.
