Jeffery Leving Legal Team Reunites Chicago Father with Three Little Girls after Intoxicated Mother Attacked Him with Screwdriver

CHICAGO, March 7, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- A loving and devoted Chicago father of three little girls, had been raising his children as a single dad for years after their mother reportedly abandoned the children and family residence to live with her paramour. The father recently allowed the mother to spend time with the children overnight. Instead of returning the children, the mother showed up intoxicated at dad's home without the children and proceeded to attack him with a screwdriver!  Although the mother was arrested that same night for aggravated assault, the police allegedly refused to help him retrieve his children, stating that it was a 'civil matter' that he had to take up with the courts.

The mother ended up in jail and the father had no idea where his kids were. He became even more distressed as he learned that his youngest daughter had been taken out of school, and he was cut off from all contact with his own children.

After hearing the evidence and legal argument, the court ordered the mother to immediately return the children home safely to their distraught father. Leving then coordinated and obtained the cooperation of local law enforcement, and that same day the search for the children was over. All of the children are now safely back in school and in the care of their loving father.
