FREIBURG, Germany, May 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The supervisory board of Jedox AG, a leading vendor of Business Intelligence and Enterprise Planning software, has appointed Max Prinz zu Hohenlohe as Chief Financial Officer. In this position, he will serve with Kay-Ingo Greve(CEO) and Bernd Eisenblätter (CSO) on the Jedox executive board. Max Prinz zu Hohenlohe, who will start on 1 June 2016, will be responsible for finance, management accounting, contract management, legal affairs and human resources in his role as CFO.

Max zu Hohenlohe has over 20 years of national and international management experience in finance. Over the course of his career, he has worked for international consultancies, such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as companies as a financial executive. Most recently, he served as CFO at Munich-based Softing AG, where he internationalized the company and played a significant role in tripling revenues and driving profitable growth.

Two experienced executives at Jedox will take over Krämer's responsibilities.
