SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- San Francisco will host the 2015 National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Convention & Expo at the Moscone Center from Thursday, Jan. 22, to Sunday, Jan. 25.
The keynote speakers include former Florida Governor Jeb Bush and 2014 NADA Chairman Forrest McConnell on Friday, Jan. 23; Jay Leno and 2015 NADA Vice Chairman Bill Fox on Saturday, Jan. 24; and inspirational speaker Beck Weathers on Sunday, Jan. 25.
"Jeb Bush is a visionary leader and successful governor. We are delighted to have him keynote NADA's convention this year, and we hope to learn a bit more about his future ambitions," said McConnell.
"With a speaker lineup that includes Jeb Bush, Jay Leno and Beck Weathers as well as the dealer-manufacturer meetings, exposition and workshops, you can see why the NADA convention is considered the Automotive Industry Event of the Year," added McConnell, a Honda/Acura dealer in Montgomery, Ala.
Last year's event included a highly-covered keynote speech by former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
The American Truck Dealers (ATD) Convention & Expo runs concurrently with the NADA convention. ATD, a division of NADA, represents 1,800 medium- and heavy-duty truck dealerships.
The NADA convention, which has been held in San Francisco 16 times since 1949, is expected to draw more than 23,000 attendees from across the global automotive industry. For more information, visit www.nadaconvention.org.
