JBT Corporation Announces United States Air Force Contracts for Halvorsen 25K Services
CHICAGO, April 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- JBT Corporation (NYSE: JBT) announced today that its JBT AeroTech business has been awarded service contracts totaling nearly $7 million by the United States Air Force to support their fleet of Halvorsen 25K Loaders. The contracts continue through March 2012.
The Halvorsen 25K Loader is used by the military to load, unload and transport palletized cargo as well as rolling stock (vehicles) on both military and commercial aircraft. JBT AeroTech has now delivered over 480 Halvorsen 25K Loaders to the United States Air Force, Navy, Army and other international forces.
