HOUSTON, Nov. 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- J.B. Poindexter & Co., Inc. is notifying its stakeholders that it has posted on its intralinks exchange an announcement of material information. Such announcement is made pursuant to Sections 4.02 (c) and 4.02 (e) of the Indenture dated as of April 16, 2018 (the "Indenture"), among J.B. Poindexter & Co., Inc., (the "Company"), the Subsidiary Guarantors named therein and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee. The terms of the Indenture require that the Company provide timely information regarding the occurrence of an event directly concerning the Company or its Subsidiaries that management has determined, in its good faith judgment, is material to holders.
