Jay Scannell Joins GiftCards.com Executive Team as COO

PITTSBURGH, July 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- GiftCards.com is excited to announce the addition of Jay Scannell as the company's Chief Operations Officer.  Jay brings his 15+ years of experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, and customer care to GiftCards.com from in-flight publication provider, SkyMall.

Jay began his career at SkyMall as a business analyst in 1998, and since that time, had been promoted to COO, serving as lead executive of the $200M+ company.  As COO, Jay was responsible for all of SkyMall's business units, including e-commerce, in-flight catalogs, direct mail, and loyalty rewards.  He was also the winner of Phoenix's 40 under 40.
