Jay Rosen, Chairman of Capital Forensics, Inc., to Address SIFMA Compliance & Legal Society

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill., Sept. 27, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Capital Forensics, Inc. This one-day seminar will feature presentations by leading securities regulators and industry professionals.  Rosen will be participating on a panel called "How to Pick an Arbitration Panel."  The panel will be discussing tips on selecting the right arbitrators, what to do if the arbitrator is not a good match, and how data can narrow the list to choose based on specific characteristics and experience. Rosen will be on the panel with prominent attorneys, George C. Freeman III, A. Inge Selden III, and Shepherd D. Tate; moderated by James T. Ritt.
