Jay Jacobs Appointed SVP of ServiceLink's New Default Abstract Solutions Group in Irving, TX
PITTSBURGH, Oct. 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- ServiceLink, a leading end-to-end origination and default solutions provider for fifteen of the top twenty mortgage lenders and servicers, is pleased to announce that Jay Jacobs has joined ServiceLink as Senior Vice President Default Abstract Solutions. Jay will be responsible for the management and oversight of ServiceLink's Default Abstract Solutions center which is located in Irving, TX. This center will provide title operations and support services for products specifically tailored to support the loss mitigation, default and REO efforts of servicers, banks and attorney firms.
Mr. Jacobs joins ServiceLink with over 25 years experience in the real estate and default settlement services industry where he began his career in real estate for the oil and gas industry. Jay later assumed the position of President of Land Records of Texas (1994) which expanded into Land Records of America (2003). Prior to joining ServiceLink, Jay served as Executive Vice President of LPS National Default Services. Jay holds a BBA in business management from the University of Oklahoma.
