Jason Halpern's JMH Development Selects Design Firm For Luxury Condominium Project In Miami Beach
Real Estate Company Commissions Renowned Designer Thomas Juul-Hansen
NEW YORK, July 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Real estate development company JMH Development and Principal Jason Halpern announced today that the luxury condominium project in Miami Beach will be designed by the renowned designer Thomas Juul-Hansen. The company appointed the award-winning design firm following a competitive bidding process.
The luxury condominium project located at Collins Avenue and Third Street in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in South Beach will encompass 47,000 square feet space where Hebrew Home of South Beach was previously located. JMH Development and PSB Capital are partnering on the development of this site.

Construction of JMH Development condos in South Beach will begin in 2015.
