Janice Stipp Named Chief Financial Officer for Revstone

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Jan. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Revstone Industries, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Janice Stipp to the Revstone leadership team as Chief Financial Officer.  In this role, she will oversee the financial activities of Revstone with a focus on establishing a corporate financial staff to manage and consolidate financial results for multiple divisional entities, facilitate continued merger and acquisition activities, ensure execution of restructuring plans for current divisions, and focus on optimal capital structure for the company.  She will also have responsibility for Information Technology and Administration.

Stipp has an extensive background, with over twenty five years experience in the automotive industry.  Her past experiences include four years as CFO and Vice President for Acument Global Technologies, a Platinum Equity portfolio company, and two years as CFO and Executive Vice President of Administration for GDX Automotive, a Cerberus Equity portfolio company.  Additionally she has held various financial positions at GM, SPX and Oxford Automotive.  Janice holds an M.B.A. from Wayne State University and received her B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University.
