Correia Construction Company Ltd. is a family owned and operated business with over 80 years of experience in technical design, project management, commercial building, demolition and marine construction. The company prides itself in being diversified and able to construct homes; warehouses; remediation projects as well as fuel service stations for Exxon.  Correia was awarded in 2007 the "Tiger Performance Award" for best overall performance in service station construction and maintenance in 2006 in the Caribbean and Central America.

In her current position, Jane is responsible for Contract Management and Negotiation; Managing Office Operations; Cash Flow and Projects; as well as Ensuring Quality.  One of Correia Construction's pinnacle jobs  was to be awarded a contract to design, build and tender the cruise ship dock at Coxen Hole, Roatan, Honduras, for the world's largest cruise ship, launched by Royal Caribbean International in 2010.  Dennis Correia, Jane's husband and she were very proud that they were awarded the job following the successful bid and contract negotiation.

A member of the Match Race Committee and the International Sailing Federation, Jane has been honored by numerous organizations.  Jane was the first female Commodore of the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club which was established in 1894.  She holds a Certificate of Grateful Appreciation for Leadership and Commitment in Bringing Freedom Schooner Amistad to Bermuda, Amistad America, Inc., as well as a Certificate of Appreciation in Recognition of Outstanding Contribution to Bermuda Hospitals.
