Jamila Sams Joins Mentor Foundation USA as new Program Director
WASHINGTON, May 6, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Mentor Foundation USA welcomes Jamila Sams as the organization's new Program Director. Ms. Sams, who has extensive experience with mentoring and administration in Baltimore-area schools, will help the Mentor Foundation USA develop and implement drug prevention programs nationwide, starting in the Washington, DC-area.

Ms. Sams brings more than ten years of experience in the field of education and education administration. Her former posts include serving as Assistant Principal at the Commodore John Rodgers School in Baltimore and as Dean of Students and Families at the Crossroads School, also in Baltimore.
To prepare for the position as Program Director Ms. Sams spent a week in Sweden and England training with Mentor's international teams.
