ABOUT JAMES LLOYD HALL

Mr. Hall has had more than 17 years of experience. He is currently the Lead and Chief Engineer at EMCOR Government Services, known for their commercial and government building operations and maintenance experience that are chosen by commercial and government businesses, for their total facilities management expertise in HVAC, mechanical, electrical and energy services.  Mr. Hall is responsible for overseeing all areas of maintenance of government buildings pertaining to engineering and maintains active security clearances to operate and maintain some of the nation's most secure government facilities. He is an expert in mechanicals and provides integrated facility maintenance and construction services for a wide variety of clients. Mr. Hall has a degree in Engineering and is a Certified, 3rd Class Standing Engineer as well as an HVACR Licensed Mechanic.  He currently resides in South Riding, Virginia, where he enjoys scuba diving and riding motorcycles.
