Jaguar Growth Partners Announces Key Appointments Of Three Senior Investment Executives
NEW YORK, May 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Jaguar Growth Partners (Jaguar), a privately-held investment management firm, is pleased to announce the promotions of Christian Klotz and Antonio Allona to Principal, and Ricardo Costa to Vice President.

Having joined in 2014, Mr. Klotz heads Jaguar's office in Brazil, which opened in October 2015. He brings 15 years of investment experience to Jaguar, with prior experience as a co-founder of the Brazilian and Latin American investment fund UJAY Capital. Prior to this, Mr. Klotz was a portfolio analyst at Pollux Capital, a Brazil based asset manager. Mr. Klotz earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia in Brazil and an M.B.A. from the Columbia Business School, University of Columbia, and Walter Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.
Mr. Allona has nearly 12 years of experience as an investment professional. Prior to joining Jaguar in 2013, he worked in the Investment Banking division at Merrill Lynch and also served as a member of the investment team at the International Finance Corporation (IFC, World Bank). Mr. Allona holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid and received his M.B.A. with Honors from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
Mr. Costa is a member of the investment team and has over a decade of experience in private equity. Prior to joining Jaguar in 2015, Mr. Costa was a Partner at Gávae Investimentos, one of the largest alternative investment managers in Brazil, and worked at Votorantim Novos Negócios before then. He is a graduate from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Sao Paulo (FGV-EAESP), where he received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
