MAHWAH, N.J., March 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Jaguar lineup of beautiful, fast cars was recognized for its No. 3 ranking in overall long-term dependability in J.D. Power and Associates 2011 Vehicle Dependability Study(SM) (VDS), released today. This recognition of Jaguar's dependability, along with recent honors for top Sales Satisfaction among luxury brands and ranking second among luxury brands in Customer Satisfaction with Dealer Service, demonstrate the impact of the company's commitment to deliver a world class ownership experience for its customers.
The VDS survey is issued to original purchasers and lessees of personal use vehicles only. Registration period is for 2008 MY vehicles sold from September 2007 through February 2008.
