In her role, Ms. Lancaster will be instrumental in expanding ASI's reach across the federal government, enriching existing relationships and forging new ones as the company delivers innovative solutions to help agencies get the most value from taxpayer dollars and fulfill their vital missions.
An accomplished business executive with nearly 20 years of experience in government business development leadership, Ms. Lancaster joins ASI from BAE Systems' Defense Intelligence Solutions group, where she served as Director of the Business Winning Team. Previously, she served as Senior Director for Business Development at BAE Systems Information Technology's Defense Solutions Group, focusing on the intelligence arms of the Army, Navy and Air Force, with a particular focus on the Defense Intelligence Agency and Office of Naval Intelligence.

She also worked for Veda Incorporated (now Wyle Labs), where she was a key contributor in growing the company's IT and logistics business at the Naval Air Warfare Center.
A true thought leader, Ms. Lancaster is an active member of TechAmerica and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association and has edited a book on capabilities-based service-oriented architectures entitled, "Using Architectures for Research, Development, and Acquisition." The book, authored by Dr. C.E. Dickerson, S.M. Soules, M.R. Sabins, and P.H. Charles, describes how architectures have been used to enable a capabilities-based approach to the research, development and acquisition of Department of Defense families of systems that must interoperate with each other in the conduct of military operations.
Commented ASI CEO Anne Reed, "Jackie's leadership, energy and vision will be instrumental in building and enriching our relationships with our valued federal clients as we continue to deliver innovative solutions to their acquisition, program management and organizational development challenges."

Ms. Lancaster noted, "I am excited to join the company that literally wrote the book on performance-based management for the public sector. ASI continues to lead the way in innovative thinking and solutions to ensure government programs yield the best results for the best value, and I'm thrilled to be in a position to continue and grow that tradition.
