Accomplished nurse and healthcare leader brings more than 25 years of experience to CTCA Leadership Team
CHICAGO, Jan. 17, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA) at Midwestern Regional Medical Center (Midwestern) has named Jacklynn Lesniak, MS, BSN, RN, chief nursing officer and senior vice president of patient care services. Lesniak has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and is a strong and visionary leader who will be responsible for growth and development of the nursing program at CTCA. She will also facilitate the design and implementation of patient care delivery, recommend strategies to improve services, and continue to execute the standards set forth for Magnet Recognized® hospitals.

Prior to joining CTCA, Lesniak led UW Health Partners Watertown Regional Medical Center, a community-based medical center affiliated with UW-Health as Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, she previously served as Vice President of Clinical Services for The Heart Hospital of Milwaukee.

She is also a member of multiple professional organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives, the American Organization of Nursing Executives and the American Association of Critical Care Nursing.
