Jack Reddy Joins Crum & Forster as Chief Human Resources Officer
MORRISTOWN, N.J., Feb. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Crum & Forster today announced that Jack Reddy has joined the company as Chief Human Resources Officer. Mr. Reddy is responsible for the leadership of all Human Resources functions including compensation and benefits, leadership and staff development, and performance management.
Mr. Reddy previously served as Senior Vice President of Argo Group. Prior to that, he was with Royal and Sun Alliance as Chief Human Resources and Communications Officer of their U.S. Group. During his career there, he held a variety of positions including Vice President of Human Resources for the Canadian Group, and Vice President of the U.S. Specialty Division. He also has expertise in Employee Relations and Learning and Organizational Development. Jack actually began his insurance career at Crum & Forster following graduation from Upsala College with a B.A. in Human Resources and Psychology.
