The Value Pack 3 offers:
- Dial Pad for Mobile Phones and Softphones
Use the touch screen on the headset base as a dial-pad for your mobile phone. With this feature the phone can stay in your pocket! Works with mobile phones and dial-pad supported softphones.
- Phone Calls - A Mouse Click Away
With Jabra Call Manager your headset's touch screen is duplicated on your PC screen, allowing for easy manageability.
- Keyboard Short-Cuts
Customizable shortcuts handle calls directly from your keyboard, keeping often-used numbers and regular tasks at your fingertips.
The Value Pack 3 also includes options to disable/enable ringtone notifications, adjust speaker volume, and synchronize volume and mute controls between a PC and the headset's touch screen.
Consistent with Jabra's proactive approach to security, Value Pack 3 also enhances the already high security level of the Jabra PRO 9400 Series, by correcting a rare re-pairing issue which, if not corrected, could lead to instability on the closed communication circuit.

To download the free Value Pack 3 software upgrade:
- Download and install the latest version of Jabra PC Suite at www.jabra.com/pcsuite.
- Click the Download button and select Device > Update firmware to launch the Firmware Updater Wizard.
The Jabra PRO 9400 and Jabra GO 6400 Series headsets are 100% software-driven solutions, and can be upgraded for free via the internet.
