J-W Energy Company Announces Restructuring of Its Midstream Subsidiaries

DALLAS, Feb. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- J-W Energy Company is pleased to announce the formation of J-W Midstream Company. This new entity will consolidate J-W Energy Company's midstream activities currently conducted by J-W Gathering Company, J-W Pipeline Company and Q-West Energy Company.  J-W Midstream Company will have the goal of expanding J-W Energy Company's presence as a full-service provider of midstream services to the upstream natural gas sector.

J-W Midstream Company has its history deeply rooted as a pipeline company that has been active in the gathering, marketing, compression, dehydration, treating, processing and transmission of natural gas for over thirty years in the Ark-La-Tex region.  The company has the capacity to gather and treat over 600 million cubic feet of natural gas per day and currently operates over 400 miles of pipeline systems and seventeen (17) processing and treating facilities.
