ABOUT J. HOWARD RAMBIN III

Mr. Rambin has over 45 years experience in the field of real estate. He is the Co-Founder of Moody Rambin Interests which provides real estate services including leasing, property management and investment services. Mr. Rambin develops, owns, operates and sells suburban office buildings in the Houston area. He specializes in office leasing and is directly involved in transactions totaling in excess of 15 million square feet. He oversees the office services team covering project leasing, property management, tenant representation and investment services. Mr. Rambin founded and is on the Executive Committee of Keep Houston Beautiful, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the reduction of litter in Houston. He is affiliated with the Texas Association of Realtors and The Executive Committee. Mr. Rambin received a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Southern Methodist University. He was born July 23, 1945 in New Orleans, Louisiana. In his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing and sports.
