J. America Hires Eric Bradle as Senior Director of Operations
COLUMBUS, Ohio, Dec. 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- J. America Team Licensed Group, a division of J. America has named Eric Bradle as Senior Director of Operations.
In this Senior Leadership position, Bradle will manage and lead all operational functions with a focus on the continued advancement of overall efficiencies and company growth. Mr. Bradle will oversee the daily activities in the following departmental areas: Distribution and Warehousing Operations, 3PL, Order Management and Fulfillment, Domestic Production, Customer Service, System Administration and IT/Network.
Prior to joining J. America TLG, Bradle was Sr. Director of Operations for Dallas Cowboys Merchandising, LTD., Blue Star Graphics & Design and 289c - Collegiate Apparel. He was a key contributor to the Dallas Cowboy organization's merchandising success of its NFL Brand as well as its eventual expansion into the collegiate licensing industry.
From 2003-2009, Bradle served as Sr. Director of Operations for HMSHost where he managed Retail Operations for the Western half of the U.S. - consisting of eighteen airport locations and nearly 300 retail stores. From 2000-2003, Mr. Bradle was Vice President of Merchandising for the Washington Redskins where he spearheaded the start-up of a merchandise division within the organization (eCommerce, "Game Day" point-of-sale operations at FedEx Field and creation and management of eleven Washington Redskins "Official" Stores in Maryland, Virginia and the Washington, D.C metroplex). Bradle had previously enjoyed an eleven-year career with Dillard's where he held executive positions in Buying and Store Operations.
