Opening its doors in the original Blitz-Weinhard Brewing Complex in 2004, Henry's Tavern quickly became a Portland, Oregon, institution. With an extensive selection of more than 100 local, regional and international beer and hard cider offerings, along with a robust menu of innovative tavern fare, Henry's Tavern will have a broad appeal to Denver residents and tourists alike. Opening in late 2014, this will be the company's first and only Colorado location.
"Henry's Tavern fans have long been asking for a Denver location," said Chris Harter, President & CEO of Restaurants Unlimited, Inc., which owns and operates the popular tavern. "We believe it has been worth the wait to find such an ideal site for our first Colorado store. We're excited to bring our diverse, innovative tavern fare, outstanding beer selection and urban tavern atmosphere to Denver Pavilions."
Founded in 1994 in Palm Springs, California, Native Foods Cafe has grown to become America's premier fast-casual vegan restaurant, serving made-from-scratch, chef-crafted cuisine. Featuring original recipes of fresh and organic plant-based menu items, Native Foods Cafe makes its own tempeh, the main ingredient for many of its signature dishes. The restaurant was recently named Best Vegetarian Restaurant in Denver by Denver Westword. Their Denver Pavilions location is slated to open in late 2014.
"Native Foods Cafe's expansion across the nation promotes its mission to help the country make a lighter footprint by doing the most social thing we know: EATING!" said Andrea McGinty, Co-owner of Native Foods Cafe. Our menu aims to please the palates of vegans and non-vegans alike, with seasonal updates of hearty dishes, delicious desserts and homemade beverages inspired by the travels of our chefs."
All of the new tenants are scheduled to open this year. This new flurry of leasing activity follows the recent opening of Colorado's first Grimaldi's Pizzeria, 5280 Burger Bar and Lime Cantina & Tequila Bar at Denver Pavilions.
