HOUSTON, Nov. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- itSMF USA, a chapter of itSMF International and the independent professional organization and forum for IT Service Management professionals in the U.S., has announced the organization's newly elected Board of Directors for 2016.
New members elected to serve three-year terms for itSMF USA include Mary Ward, David Nottingham, Gail Talbott and Doug Tedder. They replace outgoing board members Robyn McGregor, Deborah Anthony, and Susan Schellhase, who just completed three-year terms. Charlie Araujo will assume the role of past president on the executive committee. Pam Erskine will serve as president in 2016.
