Wholesome Sweeteners currently sells Fairtrade Organic Honey and Organic Raw Honey from Brazilian and Mexican beekeepers; Prodapys is one of them. The hives are nestled deep in the jungle where bees feast on the organic native flora. Since the bees have their pick of seasonal wildflowers, the honey's color and flavor deepen and evolve throughout the year.

This spring, Wholesome Sweeteners will visit Prodapys' hives to witness an organic honey extraction and tour the honey mill. They've invited fellow Fairtrade pioneer, James Beard award-winning chef, Rick Bayless, on the trip to meet the farmers.
