iTrinegy's Network Emulator and Network Profiler Products Nominated as Finalists in Network Computing Awards 2017
LONDON and BOSTON, March 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --
iTrinegy and Jagex Games Studios also selected as Award Finalists for Network Project of the Year
iTrinegy, market leaders in mitigating risk associated with application performance over networks, is pleased to announce that its INE Enterprise network emulator has been shortlisted in Network Computing's 2017 Award in the Best Testing/Monitoring Product of the Year category and its Profiler Plus Flex is a finalist as Best New Product of the Year. In addition, together with its customer, Jagex Games Studio, the company has also been selected as a finalist for Network Project of the Year.
INE Enterprise quickly recreates simple or sophisticated network environments such as Bridged, Routed, Meshed, Star-Coupled, Chained Hop, MPLS & Point-to-Point Networks, and any combination of the above, in order to test how applications behave in these networks prior to actual deployment.
Profiler Plus Flex is an NFV virtual appliance which delivers, in virtual environments, detailed application response time and application usage analysis by viewing all the traffic on physical or virtual monitored network segments. It enables organizations to discover, measure and benchmark how network resources are being utilized by users, applications and servers in the network, whether virtual or physical.
"We are really delighted that our customers' nominations have led to our technology being shortlisted in this year's Network Computing Awards" said Frank Puranik, Product Director at iTrinegy. "We are particularly excited by the level of interest in our Profiler Plus Flex Virtual Appliance. It demonstrates how, as more organizations adopt virtualization as part of their IT infrastructure strategy, they are recognizing the need to profile application performance across the network and subsequently ensuring applications work properly. And, of course, being chosen as a finalist, together with our customer Jagex Games Studios, who use our technology to ensure the RuneScape player community has a positive online games experience, is also a great honour."
The Network Computing Awards are based on votes from readers of Network Computing Magazine and customer feedback and are intended to give industry-wide recognition to the technology, tools, solutions and products at the forefront of the evolving technology market.
