ITEX Corporation Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
BELLEVUE, Wash., March 2, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- ITEX Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: ITEX), The Membership Trading Community(SM), a leading marketplace for cashless business transactions in North America, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of 4 cents per share to its stockholders.
The cash dividend will be paid on March 20, 2011 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 10, 2011. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval after its review of the Company's financial performance.
