Prior to Globe Wireless, Mr. Kagan spent 12 years as President and CEO, of MTN (Maritime Telecommunications Network), a leading provider of satellite communications to the cruise, oil and gas, super yacht, and military markets. Mr. Kagan also spent 10 years with Norwegian Cruise Line in a variety of senior level financial and operations roles.
