iTalk Establishes Asian Operations Office and Names Philip Loh as Director of Asia Operations
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- iTalk Inc. (OTCQB: TALK) (OTCBB: TALK) ("iTalk" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has named Mr. Philip Loh as its new Director of Asia Operations and the head of iTalk's recently established Asian Operations Office in Singapore. Mr. Loh possesses extensive knowledge and experience concerning best business practices in Asia; both in sales & marketing and specifically in strategic product sourcing.

Prior to joining iTalk Inc. as Director of Asia Operations, Mr. Loh worked at National Semiconductor in Singapore in charge of Manufacturing and Capacity Planning. Later, he was recruited by Seagate Technology, as Facility and Industrial Engineering Manager responsible for all products transfer, factory expansion and setting up of new factories for Seagate Technology in Asia. Mr. Loh was also the Director of Operations for SubMicron System's Singapore based operations in Asia and in charge of Sales & Service throughout Asia. He also founded InterWorld Group of Companies and grew it to 23 offices worldwide in 13 countries ( Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, China, India, Japan, Peru, Costa Rica, Indonesia, Vietnam, USA, and Republic of Ireland ) spanning the globe with three manufacturing locations in China, Thailand & India and annual revenue exceeding US$50 million. Mr. Loh received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Singapore and Masters in Business Administration in the United States. He is also member of the Institute of Industrial engineers, EOS/ESD Association and Institute of Environment Science.
