To support its vision to become the world's greatest service organization, ISS sought a solution that would enable it to deliver consistent service (including from its supply chain) across the globe, while producing measurable business results.

ISS Group's diversified system landscape presented challenges for unifying its procurement process worldwide. ISS looked to form one global, best practice P2P process across its entire enterprise. • Invoice approval cycle times
• Percent of invoices received electronically
• Percent of incoming invoices without errors
