Isolux Corsan Extends its Debt Until 2020

Isolux Corsan extends its main syndicated loan to 2020. The Company reached the percentage of approvals required by the syndicate of banks, resulting in the extension of €263 m from 2017 to 2020.

The Company welcomes this transaction, given not only the improvement on the maturity profile of its debt, but also on its covenant levels and a decrease in prices that will be put in place with this new extension.
