Isola Communities Breaks Ground on New Luxury Rental Community, Sobremesa Villas, in Surprise, Arizona

SURPRISE, Ariz., March 11, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Isola Communities, a premier Seattle-based multi-family property developer, has continued their expansion into Arizona with the groundbreaking for their second Build For Rent community, Sobremesa Villas. Construction began on March 1, 2021.

Located on West Cactus Road between North 156^th Lane and North Reems Road, Sobremesa Villas' expansive community covers approximately 15 acres. It will include 150 studio, one-, and two-bedroom rental homes that range in size from 568 to 1,082 square feet.
