Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. Extends Exchange Offer
ST. LOUIS, Sept. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISLE) announced today that it has extended until 5:00 p.m., New York City time, September 7, 2011, unless further extended, its offer to exchange its registered 7.750% Senior Notes due 2019 for its unregistered outstanding 7.750% Senior Notes due 2019 (the "Old Notes"). As of 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on September 2, 2011, all but approximately $105,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Old Notes had been tendered for exchange in the exchange offer.
Other than the extension described in this announcement, all of the terms of the exchange offer remain unchanged. The terms of the exchange offer and other information relating to Isle are set forth in the prospectus dated July 28, 2011, which has been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
