The day-and-half event will explore how businesses are using sophisticated feedback platforms and cutting-edge automation to personalize and transform their customer experiences.

Blake, a New York Times best-selling author and contributor to Forbes and Harvard Business Review, will present her top five customer experience trends and predictions for how technology will enable brands to provide a more personalized and tailored customer experience.

The summit also will feature roundtable discussions forecasting customer service transformation in retail, insurance and banking; panel discussions on overcoming CX/UX obstacles, implementing blockchain, and leveraging customer data and next-generation customer feedback programs; three "innovation lab" sessions with hands-on technology demonstrations, and an ISG Startup Challenge in the style of "Shark Tank" featuring entrepreneurs pitching innovative CX and UX solutions.
