(ISC)2 and The Center for Cyber Safety and Education Open Application Period for 2018 Undergraduate Cybersecurity Scholarships

CLEARWATER, Fla., Feb. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- (ISC)²^® – the world's largest nonprofit association of certified cybersecurity professionals – and its Center for Cyber Safety and Education^TM are accepting applications for its 2018 Undergraduate Cybersecurity Scholarship program. Multiple scholarships between $1,000 and $5,000 each will be awarded. The application period closes at midnight EST on March 15, 2018.

The (ISC)² Undergraduate Cybersecurity Scholarship program is administered by the Center for Cyber Safety and Education. With the global cybersecurity workforce gap, this program was created to inspire more people to become cybersecurity professionals. In total, (ISC)² and the Center for Cyber Safety and Education have provided over $1 million dollars in cybersecurity scholarships. International applicants are accepted.
