(ISC)² Opens Registration for 14th Annual Secure Summit APAC
HONG KONG, April 16, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- (ISC)² – the world's largest nonprofit membership association of certified cybersecurity professionals – today announced that it has opened registration for its Secure Summit APAC 2019 event, which will take place from 10-11 July at the Conrad Hong Kong Hotel. The 14th annual event is officially supported by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
The (ISC)2 Secure Summit APAC 2019 takes place against the backdrop of a global cybersecurity talent shortage that is most strongly felt in Asia-Pacific. (ISC)2's 2018 Cybersecurity Workforce Study found that, of the 2.93 million professionals needed to bridge the gap, more than two million are needed within the region.
