ISBA Announces Third Quarter 2015 Dividend
MT. PLEASANT, Mich., Aug. 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Isabella Bank Corporation (OTCQX:ISBA), announced today that the Board of Directors of the Corporation declared a third quarter cash dividend of $0.24 per common share – a 9.09% increase from the third quarter 2014 – at its regular meeting held on August 26, 2015. The dividend will be payable on September 30, 2015 to shareholders of record as of September 25, 2015. The closing stock price for ISBA on August 26, 2015 was $23.00.
