ISBA Announces Second Quarter 2015 Dividend
MT. PLEASANT, Mich., May 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Isabella Bank Corporation (OTCQX: ISBA), announced today that the Board of Directors of the Corporation declared a second quarter cash dividend of $0.23 per share – a 4.55% increase from the second quarter 2014 – at its regular meeting held on May 27, 2015. The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2015 to shareholders of record as of June 25, 2015. The closing stock price for ISBA on May 27, 2015 was $22.85.
