Held as part of Cable Connection - Spring, the event is scheduled for Wednesday, May 23, 2012, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (EDT) at the Westin Boston Waterfront in Boston, Massachusetts.

The NAMIC Annual Awards Breakfast will be highlighted by the presentation of the Next Generation Leaders Awards honoring emerging executives of color for their professional achievements as well as their efforts in fostering multi-ethnic diversity and inclusion. Presented in partnership with Multichannel News, the Next Generation Leaders Awards recognize business leaders age 45 and under in four categories: Cable MSO, Cable Programmer, Technology Company or Discipline and Creative Discipline. This year's honorees will be announced Tuesday, April 10.
A member of Time Warner Cable's senior management team, Esteves oversees all of the company's finance functions, including treasury, accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations. In her 30-year career, Esteves has held positions in finance, strategy, business development and M&A at several leading U.S. and international companies.
NAMIC board directors, Mark DePietro, vice president, strategy and business development, Motorola, and Michelle Rice, executive vice president, Affiliate Sales and Marketing, TV One are this year's planning committee co-chairs.
