Iredell Community to Celebrate School Choice, Students to Lead Celebration

TROUTMAN, N.C., Jan. 19, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Iredell Charter Academy will celebrate school choice and school success on Wednesday, Jan. 23 at 1 p.m. Students will lead the celebration by showcasing banners and speaking about the firsthand impact that school choice has had in their lives.

The event coincides with the history-making celebration of National School Choice Week 2019, which will feature more than 40,000 school choice events across all 50 states.

"I believe there ought to be school choice, so that parents can choose within the public school system," said William H Gray.

The event is open to media.
