iProspect Promotes Brittany Richter to SVP, Head of Products and Services
Richter Will Oversee Delivery of All Products and Services at iProspect, Including Search, Social, SEO and Display
NEW YORK, Dec. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- iProspect, a leading global digital performance agency, announced today the promotion of Brittany Richter to SVP, Head of Products and Services. Effective immediately, Richter will report directly to Michael Gullaksen, Chief Operating Officer at iProspect US.
"Products and services is one of our most crucial teams in that it holds all of our offerings in one place," said Gullaksen. "Brittany's passion for and interest in pursuing innovation and creating new channels for our clients is proof that she will thrive in this role, as will iProspect, and I'm looking forward to an incredibly successful 2019."
Richter has been with iProspect for more than five years and previously served as VP, Head of Social Media, where she built the agency's social offering from the ground up. From the time she began at iProspect in 2013, Richter saw an opportunity and the timing was critical, with social media becoming increasingly sophisticated and complex and brands needing a partner to help navigate the space. In this role, Richter was able to build strong relationships with a number of integral partners, including Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. Now, with more than 120 specialists working across 170 brands for social media alone, Richter's vision has quickly catapulted the practice into the fastest growing offering within iProspect and one of the reasons brands continue to flock to the agency.
"Brittany embodies an entrepreneurial spirit at her core. From the day she started at iProspect, she had a vision for creating a social offering. Not only did she bring that vision to life, but she continued to grow it over the last five years and it has been and will continue to be incredibly successful," said Jeremy Cornfeldt, President of iProspect US. "Brittany is a true leader and I have no doubt of her ability to succeed in this role and help us continue to produce innovative products that our clients benefit from."
Richter, who works out of iProspect's New York office, is responsible for leading and supporting development and delivery of products for each of iProspect's individual offerings, including Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Display and Paid Platform Merchandizing, a specialist practice launched earlier this year that optimizes paid search marketing across resellers and marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, and others. In this position, she will work across these teams to create innovation within each channel and bring together a truly holistic offering from iProspect that showcases its unmatched understanding of performance. Additionally, Richter will oversee all members of the products and services team – the largest team at iProspect. She will also work closely with external partners to stay attuned to the direction of the industry, allowing the agency to better understand the needs of clients and create best-in-class work.
"As head of social media at iProspect, I oversaw the vision, operations and teams in that department. In this role, I get to do that on a larger scale and across channels to showcase our many offerings and work with even more of our teams," said Richter. "As part of this role, looking at what the future will bring is imperative and I'm incredibly excited to look ahead to the evolution of the role of content and creative, voice and AI, as well as other areas, and showcase the agency's understanding of the ever-changing industry."
Richter remains a critical part of iProspect's leadership team, which has grown exponentially this year with several other new hires and promotions. Earlier this month, iProspect announced the promotion of Charlotte Polci to the newly-created role of VP of Integrated Solutions. The agency also named Adam Kasper EVP, Managing Director, Joel Grossman Chief Technology Officer, and Belle Lenz Chief Marketing Officer earlier this year.
