NEW YORK, Oct. 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Ipreo, a leading global provider of market intelligence and workflow solutions to corporate and financial services professionals, announced that it has entered into a commercial partnership with ONEaccess, a market-leading provider of aggregated corporate access events information to institutional investors.

Via this partnership, Ipreo clients will be able to publish event information into the ONEaccess platform through integration with Ipreo's Event Management & CRM solutions. The partnership combines Ipreo's robust institutional data, intelligence and workflow solutions, with ONEaccess's innovative approach to simplifying distribution of events and interactions data between participants in the capital markets.

The integration helps meet several driving needs in the marketplace, namely the increasing demand for structure around a heavy flow of data between multiple constituents, and investors' continued desire for clarity and transparency from the sell side.
