In March of this year, iPayment hired industry veteran, Denise Tahali as SVP, ISO and Agent Sales to revitalize the business development efforts around key ISO and agent partnerships. Since her hiring Denise has re-structured a few organizational areas and hired several key leaders to help fuel accelerated growth.
- Steve Koller joined the Company as VP, ISO Sales. Steve brings more than 25 years of payments leadership in sales, marketing, product and operations. In his new role, he is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of iPayment's business development team, which is chartered with cultivating and signing new ISO and large Agent partners nationwide.
- Shawn Lally, who joined iPayment in May of this year, was promoted to VP, Agent Sales. In this newly created role, he will leverage his deep sales and leadership background along with more than 13 years of payments experience to attract, sign and retain experienced and new agents in the payments space.
- Ashton Eller is an accomplished professional with over 11 years of experience in customer relations, sales, sales support and operations. She recently joined the iPayment team as Director, Strategic Accounts and is responsible for cultivating new and existing partnerships.
- Most recently, Kathleen Houseman joined iPayment as VP, Strategic Account Management. She has more than 25 years of demonstrated success in strategic account management, business-to-business sales, marketing and public relations and will lead the management and cultivation of all strategic ISO and agent partnerships.
